2. Instructions for use
(1) First fix the gypsum trimmer on the workbench and tighten the four anchor screws to avoid vibration.
(2) Fasten the water inlet pipe and joint to avoid falling off and splash water into the motor to burn it out.
(3) Tighten all connecting screws of the machine to prevent loosening.
(4) Start the power supply and observe whether the motor has no abnormal sound and whether the sand piece rotates smoothly. If there is any abnormality, immediately stop the machine and overhaul it.
(5) Observe whether the water supply has the function of dust removal and removal of the adhesion gypsum powder on the sand sheet. If the effect is not good, the water pressure can be adjusted.
(6) the adjustment of grinding angle is light and flexible, and < 30 degrees can be ground into different angular surfaces of 75-105 degrees.
